COMMON QUESTIONS

We've compiled answers to the most common logistical questions so you know exactly what to expect on your service day. No surprises.

DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO WATER AND POWER?

No. Our mobile detailing units are fully self-contained with onboard spot-free water tanks and independent power generators. We only require access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it safely.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Because we reserve a specific time block exclusively for your vehicle, cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE DETAIL?

Only briefly at the beginning to hand over the keys and confirm the service details. Once we begin work, you are free to go about your day. We will notify you when the service is complete for a final walkthrough.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF RAIN?

If we are scheduled to work outdoors and weather prevents us from safely completing the detail, we will contact you immediately to reschedule at your earliest convenience with zero penalty or hidden fees.
